Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation email is received. Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed, it is packaged and handed off to our shipping partners. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not ship internationally, nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes due to delivery restrictions from our shipping partners.

Estimated Delivery Times

Below are the average delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

These delivery windows begin once your order has shipped. Please note that carrier delays, weather conditions, and high-volume periods may affect your delivery time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery speed and destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or bundled discounts — these will be clearly stated on our website or in promotional emails.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This tracking link will show the real-time status of your shipment. If you do not receive your tracking email within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we work closely with reliable carriers, shipping delays can happen due to weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen disruptions. If your tracking information hasn’t updated in more than 3 days or your package appears lost, reach out to us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll investigate and take care of it — including resending or refunding your order if necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you’ve made a mistake, email us ASAP after your order so we can try to correct it before fulfillment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please email us within 7 days of receiving the package. Include your order number, photos of the product or packaging, and a description of the issue. We’ll issue a replacement or refund as needed.

Multiple Shipments

Depending on inventory availability, you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If this happens, you’ll be notified and sent separate tracking information for each package.
